Public Transit: A Candid Experience

The following are photos that were taken on the Max Line between August 1st and 18th. Although there are only two, they really pack a punch.

Above: We see a walker. Look closely, on the walker, beside the lunch box. There is a lovely half-eaten pizza lunchable. Now, I loved a good lunchable as much as the next guy, but I only loved them in 5th grade. This was an elderly woman enjoying her chocolate frosting an M&M pizza, and she wasn't in an elementary school cafeteria. 

Above: Although the picture is a bit blurry, it makes up for it in sheer spunk and fashion inspiration. Note the woman's (is that the grandma from The Addam's Family?) stylish teal bucket hat, complete with the tie around the neck, should it blow off in the summer breeze. Top off that look with her boyfriend's flannel (see the matching strip of teal that pulls the whole look together?). Now for the grand prize: That tiny laptop. She was so entranced with that thing, one has to guess she was on Runescape. Why else would you be riding the Max at 10 PM?
